Update runtime to v45 #161

I've tested it and all features seem to work correctly. I also opened a pull request on the Flathub repo: https://github.com/flathub/com.github.hugolabe.Wike/pull/11

I am currently working on a redesign of the app to adapt it to the changes in Libadwaita 1.4. I prefer to do the runtime update when this is completed.
