Automatic selection of the search language by the user's system locale. #183

I have prepared a patch that adds automatic detection of the user's system language to the Wiki at the first launch. Thanks to this, the user's search will be in their native language immediately after installation. # Patch: wike-3.0.1-alt-data_dynamic_default_language.tar.gz

However, I think it is not a good idea to automatically select the system language. I explain the reasons here #35

Maybe then it's worth pre-installing English and the user's native language at the same time?

I'm pretty busy at the moment, but I'll look into it when I have time.
