Time zones not handled #171

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Be in a different time zone from the person on the other end of SMS
2. Backup the messages
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would like to see the messages stored in order of sent/received.  Instead, they 
are in order according to the local timezone of the sending person.  All of the 
messages of the West coast person are listed first. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest as of 3/28/2012.  Droid3 Android v2.3.4 

Please provide any additional information below.
