Add shell scripts to run the samples in production (compiled) mode #12

Describe the feature and its purpose:

There are two types of shell scripts right now: One to compile the samples, and 
one to run the 
samples in Development Mode (a.k.a. HostedMode).

There is a need to have a shell script to run the samples in Production Mode 
(compiled).

Implemented in r288.

Introduced shell script templates to improve script maintainability.
