Application Cache API: Specify manifest location with module property #19

It would be nice if the location to the manifest template (currently hardcoded 
to "/html5-cache-
manifest.txt") could be specified with a module property like this:

<set-property name="manifest" value="/my/path/to/manifest.txt"/>
