Add testing code to the sample apps #152

We should show how to efficiently use MVP to test presenters in the sample 
applications. This is related to the test scaffolding described in Issue 143.

Please write a few examples without the UiBinder / UiHandlers. E.g. for people 
who use GXT or something else. Looking forward to see this test examples!

In fact, we could write an example that uses GXT and unit tests. Want to 
contribute a small sample? (Then we can all work on the best ways to unit test 
it.)
