Failure to Generate Presenters, Actions, and GWTP Projects

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Consistent failure on all version of Eclipse on my machine

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect files to be generated with contents.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eclipse 3.6 & 3.7, Windows XP Version 2002 Service Pack 3, JDK 1.6_20

Please provide any additional information below.

After filling out the dialog to create a presenter, the dialog gets about half 
way completed.  The create presenter dialog does not disappear and clicking 
finish again results in "An unexpected error has happened.  Close the wizard 
and retry" and a java.lang.NullPointerException is in the details text box.  
The classes that are produced only contain the package definition and nothing 
else.  

I get similar results when attempting to create a project.  Usually, only the 
DefaultPlace.java is created with only the package definition in the file.  
Attached are logs from from the loading of eclipse to the time after a project 
generation failure.

Please let me know if you need additional information.
