GWTP maven archetype #439

It would be great if GWTP had a preconfigured maven archetype.

I created one. You can use it, if you want.
Just generate a new artifact, add a presenter with default place and launch.

This will need it's own project to maintain and to publish to sonatype / maven 
central.
