Time ratios can show an excedingly long time when timestep = hours #89

Seems to be related to the release time, must investigate in more detail. Noted to happen when using the hour bins - not confirmed if the day bins have the same issue.

Found the source of the bug. This did not just relate to the first row, and indeed would only show up if timestep = hours
