Make new layout for collapsible form parts, inside of fieldsets #48

It could work the same way as the fieldset variant. This is nice for smaller bundles of collapsible inputs, or single inputs.

After refactoring the Select Options with Collapse CB a bit, all it needs to show or hide a section is an ID.

So maybe assigning an ID automatically to the default (nested?) layouts will do the trick here, and other functionality could also benefit from this.
