How to include packages properly? #53

Right now, their snippets are included in the Gitify install alongside the Romanesco elements. With the new auto_increment divide, the installed packages should fall into the > 100.000 range too I think, since they are still project specific.

And should they be excluded from Gitify completely maybe, to avoid the issues mentioned here: #46

I think that would be good, since an arbitrary package update when updating Romanesco will not be a good thing in some situations..

The packages are installed now after changing the autoincrement values. This complicates the advanced installation a little, but there's no other way around it. In the end, it works..
