Create a useful dashboard for content editors #64

On this dashboard should be a couple of useful quickstart buttons. Possible options:

New publication
New portolio project
New {any custom template}
Configuration options
Rebuild cache (see #85)
Visit project hub

Next to that could be some feed windows containing information:

Google Analytics
Pattern library feed Although the dashboard on the project hub might be a better place for that..
Status grid
Sanity check Check a few critical parts of the installation, such as:
- Mails are being sent without issues
- Dev mode is off
- Any other critical system / context settings are set
- Site is being indexed
Tips and how-to guides For users to learn how Romanesco works and get the most out of it.
