Release 0.7.2 #120

Code wise there are no changes despite of few linter warnings fixed.

Complete list of changes can be seem in CHANGELOG.md included in this PR.

My plan is to do the release in few hours... since most of the changes are in shards.yml and few other cosmetic things that changes nothing in the big picture.
