Moving off of Google Code? #64

As I am sure you know, Google code is going read only next month (August) and 
shutting down for good in January 2016.

Where is the future home of this project? I'd like to be able to still follow 
the project post shutdown.

Yes. We will move. This is also the reason why there hasn't been a release for 
some time. I haven't decided the target service yet, but an announcement will 
be posted before Google Code goes read-only.
