[dev] Added overlay visuals #20

As requested, a PR based on dev branch and for dev branch. PR for master branch is/was #17:

Thanks for the great game. I've implemented some features to make it more playable by multiple players. Also did some small fixes for errors I occurred, but the next PR will cover more fixes.

Feel free to improve the styling, that's not my best part ;) (although I like the alerts).

This PR includes the following:

Features

alert other players.
visible game over message for all players.
visible pause screen which covers the board.
more random 'think' time for bots.
visually keep track of tiles. Grey out background to let players know all tiles have been placed.

Fixes

pause broadcasts to all players.
fixed incorrect amount of players showing for rooms with whitespaces in their names
keep track of spectators after an user disconnects from the room
described key bindings in readme.
