Enable zooming with the mouse wheel #41

Zooming with the mouse wheel is a common way of interacting with a user interface so it would be good to add support for this.

This addresses #40.

Thanks a lot for this PR again @rcjsuen. I don't have a mouse to try this out so I'm going to fully trust you on this one 🙂
