What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install .sisx package
2. errore: "there is an error on certificate, please contact application's
owner"

It might be your phone does not accept self signed applications. Go to the 
application manager on your phone and change the software installation setting 
from 
signed only to all, and try again.
