Add configurable foreground color #18

"Menu -> Background" has two options Skin and White. However, since my 
Nokia theme has dark background with white text, selecting "Skin" option 
is quite useless, as the eggclock text is always black.

My suggestions:
1. Add a Black background (with white foreground) option.
2. Expand "Skin" to two options: "Transparent (black fg)" "Transparent 
(white fg)"
3. Instead of the previous item, the program could try to auto-detect the 
phone theme colors and auto-select the best option. (but maybe this is 
prone to fail?)

Tested with EggClock_1.9_3rd_ed.sisx on Nokia 6120 classic.
