The download numbers are now higher, the older data was missing some downloads.
This deletes the January-March 2021 data files and re-fectes them. The proportions of downloads are more or less the same, so the interpretation remains about the sam. For example:
pypistats.org upstream was missing some data. It's now been updated to use a better data source, backfilled to Jan 4.
