Autotag using CalVer to update DOI at Zenodo #10

Is a tag enough or does it need a GitHub release?

Looks like a release is needed: https://github.com/zenodo/zenodo/issues/40

There should be a GitHub Action that can automatically create a release when a tag is created.

Added in #11 and #12, let's see how it goes on 2020-04-01.
