Remove old 365 files, last updated 2021-04 due to requiring too much quota #21

Follow on from https://github.com/hugovk/top-pypi-packages/pull/20 and https://github.com/hugovk/top-pypi-packages/issues/19.

Old versions can be fetched from https://github.com/hugovk/top-pypi-packages/releases.

Release 2021.10 was the last to contain 365 data files, and they were last updated 2021-04.
