mk-audit: Raid Controller information for 3ware and Adaptec Controllers

The attached patch improves the code which prints information about raid
controllers. It recognizes 3ware and adaptec controllers and prints
information gathered from tw_cli (3ware) and arcconf (adaptec).

For testing purposes I created 4 small replacement scripts for megarc,
tw_cli, arcconf and dmesg. Go into the directory where they resist, 'export
PATH=".:$PATH"' and execute mk-audit. It'll recognize a megarc, adaptec and
3ware controller and print some information gathered from the fake megarc,
tw_cli, arcconf scripts.
