I'll include the css and js files, but where would refer to the FoldingText text files?

Hi! As the format is markdown the idea was that you would use some tool that can render the markdown itself, like jekyll or some other blogging/site building tool. The script and CSS can then be included to add some of the Foldingtext behaviours to the rendered output.
