File Format for html 5 player to run on iPad #162

For the new html5 player, what format we should convert the files into. For the 
current flash player for the web, we are converting it to  swf file. swf file 
will not run inside iPhone.

Please suggest the format and also recommended library to make that conversion. 
Thanks so much.

I am aussiming the html 5 player is gfetting released by mid Jan 2011. Is thta 
still true.
