Function OS2Table.setUsWinDescent() sets usWinAscent instead #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Reading the source code of the method OS2Table.setUsWinDescent(). The error 
is obvious (probably a copy/paste error)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The attached patch fixes the problem.

This needs higher priority because not setting the usWinDescent value when 
creating a font will lead to an unusable font.
