Can not show authors with CJK names #169

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. prepare a git repository which has author names with Chinese/Japanese/Korean 
characters
2. run gource for that repository

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: CJK characters in author's names displayed correctly.
See indeed: CJK characters are shown as squares. One character per square.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gource-0.38_4.darwin_11.x86_64
Mac OS X 10.7.5

Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry, the title should be "Can not correctly display authors' names containing 
CJK characters."
