Keyboard shortcut conflict with another Apps #230

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open Notepad++ with zen coding Installed
2. try to use Shortcut in another app (CTRL+E) (or try to set the shortcut
in another app while notepad++ is running)
3.No work in any app while notepad++ is running
4. close notepad++ and try again shortcut (ctrl+E)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The shortcut must run in another app, but while notepad++ is running with 
zencoding installed, the shortcut is not available to any other app, as 
example: eclipse, explorer.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 64 bits, Windows XP 32 bits

Notepad ++ 5.8.5
Zen Coding plugin 0.6.1

Please provide any additional information below.
All another keys setted in notepad++ are working ok in anothers app, only 
shortcuts setted in Zen Coding get trapped only for notepad++

This is an issue of NppScriptng plugin, as well as NP++ itself. Please read the
