Trying out Markdown->RST conversion #205

Let's see if this sorts out the ugly README. NOTE: you must install pandoc for this fix to work. see https://coderwall.com/p/qawuyq for instructions.

NOTE

before testing out this process, you must install Pandoc. it's a good idea to follow the "Creating a relocatable binary" instructions, because you'll need to copy the pandoc executable to /usr/local/bin/pandoc (or at least make a symlink).

then do a python setup.py develop to make sure Pyandoc is installed.
