App does not capture event times that don't end with 00

[Steps to reproduce]

1. select 4
2. event add na/Assessment st/24/02/2023 1400 en/24/02/2023 1430

[Expected] App should allow saving of "irregular" event times (i.e. 15-min mark, half-hours etc.). It is not uncommon for users to have events that start/end at "irregular" timings.

Displayed time lacks minutes

This is regarding the end datetime of events.

Although the input format includes time in HHMM format, only the hour is displayed, which makes it hard to identify close events.
