GSOC 2024 - Addtitional dplyr import + Example code theme change #28

This is for the purpose of demonstrating that I know how to fork a repository and create a pull request.

I have added count as an additional import from dplyr in addition to changing the theme from theme_bw() to theme_minimal() in one of the examples.
