Help Wanted 🙏 to add Oriented Bounding Boxes (OBB) to YOLOv8

I hope you're doing well! I'm the author of YOLOv8 and founder of Ultralytics. I've been following your work on the YOLOv5 OBB implementation and am genuinely impressed by your contributions. Your expertise and insight would be invaluable for the ongoing development of Ultralytics YOLOv8 OBB (https://github.com/ultralytics/ultralytics/issues/4242).

Ultralytics has recently embarked on an ambitious project for the YOLOv8 OBB implementation. We believe that with your experience and skills, we could accelerate the development and optimize the results. This collaboration would benefit both the open-source community and advance state-of-the-art OBB detection using YOLO.

If you're interested, I'd love to discuss more details and how we can make this partnership work. Even if you could share some insights, best practices, or even code review, it would be highly appreciated.
