Stylegan without CSE checkpoint link is down #25

Hi @hukkelas,

The url for fdh_styleganL_nocse.ckpt is down so the configs using it (e.g. anonymizer/FB_cse_mask and FB_cse_mask_face) cannot be used. Could you please provide a way of getting the checkpoint of that model?

Same issue, the link which it redirects to: https://folk.ntnu.no/haakohu/checkpoints/deep_privacy2/fdh_styleganL_nocse.ckpt is not working anymore. Please fix @hukkelas
