Even with 1.1 update, toggle headset icon still does not toggle when pressing the icon #2

I'm not sure why this works when I test it, then stops working later.  I'm
thinking this is because i set an on click pending intent for the view
outside updateIcon(), then update the view in updateIcon without re-setting
the pending intent.

Moved intent filter setup to updateIcon from startService.  This works for me 
after
two days of operation.

This should be resolved with version 1.2, let me know if you see it again after 
this
update.

When I pressing the button/widget nothing happens, is this the same issue?

Yes... Have you deleted the widget and downloaded/installed version 1.2?  Note 
- I
just put version 1.2 out Monday AM.  

Did it work for a while after install or did it never work for you?

It appears to be rock solid for me after about 4 days now.
