1 year ago I'm getting the same issue with The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero. There are 5 guides on the site, but DeckFAQs shows only 2.
It looks like DeckFAQs is only showing guides from the PSP platform, rather than all platforms.
I recall this wasn't the case last year, since the guide I was looking at before doesn't show up anymore

I've noticed that sometimes for some games, I can reliably reproduce it with The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, the guides list Deckfaq produces are not the same list as on the actual site and it will cause the wrong ones to open.
As can be seen, it's missing a guide in here (the 3rd one, small 50 KB one) and thus if you click on the V2.0 like in my screenshot (3rd in deckfaq, but 4th name on site) it will actually open up the small one (not on deckfaq, 3rd on site) and not the v2.0 one.
Now if you open the v1.0 (4th on deckfaq, 5th on site) you will actually go to the v1.0 one. So the v2.0 from the actual gamefaq page is missing it seems.
While minor, it makes certain guides become inaccessible for no reason. Luckily it's only for some games and repeatedly loading and re-opening the guides list can sometimes force it to display yet another list in which 2.0 does work but it's still missing the 50KB one (and is still wrongly ordered). But it's a pain (at least to me, since I do play this game haha!)
