As a customer, I want to be able to reserve a car based on my location, pickup and return data, so that I can see what my options are.

[ ] Able to choose when and where to pick and return
[ ] Have a select date from and to option
[ ] Have the option to put in a location and with that location gives the closest spot
[ ] All this needs to be saved in the database (could have a unique id to save all information or retrieve)
[ ] Crete UI for reservation
[ ] Confirmation of reservation
