No Portal selection when setting up integration #324

on HASS 2023.8.4

When trying to setup Solis integration, on a completely fresh build I am prompted to select a portal I want to use as per the screenshot below

but when I try to add it back to an existing build, it goes straight to the older V2 portal

both systems are using v3.4.3

How do I force it to enable soliscloud

seems I had some rogue code left in my configuration.yaml once that was removed I was able to select the cloud portal as expected
