Should open method and confirm cancel callback added #54

Completes the method as proposed in #53.
Adds a callback for when the cancel button is closed in a confirm modal.
Minor fixes to the docs.

Bumps version to 0.3.1.

Thanks mate, I've got your changes in the develop branch already so there's nothing to merge here at the moment. I'm going to close this and roll out a new version shortly.
