Add option to put prev/next controls outside of Modaal box (fix #93) #94

Hi @jsit,

Thanks for your patience and contribution to Modaal. We've been making some slightly more involved changes to the overall Modaal.js structure, as such this is being implemented manually and with very minor adjustment.

Due to the manual implementation, i'm going to close this PR. Please keep and eye out for the next release where the outer_controls boolean option will be available.
