hprc browser doesn't know it's own DNS name #2

if you do a view table schema on one of the tracks, you see

http://35.80.111.76/hub/HG00621.1/consensus.cmg-chm13.gencode38.bb

I am not 100% sure, but I think this has the risk of breaking sessions

I think this was fixed in commit 1d76d3f. We will see when we switch to the updated browser. I'll leave this ticket open as a reminder to check.
