[CreatePhotosSlideshow] Adding new files after re-ordering photos resets ordering #24

Repro:

  1. Add initial files
  2. Do some reordering
  3. Add new files
  4. Notice the ordering was reset

Fix: Look at CombinePDF to see how we calculate the correct ordering.
