Based on the feedback given by @gridsystem in the issue https://github.com/humanbydefinition/p5.asciify/issues/11, I've added all the necessary changes and suggestions provided.
Currently, only the Contributing Guidelines, which are linked in the README and point to the Wiki, is currently work-in-progress.
