Further Improvements to Async #5

Further speed improvements. However, at the cost of the progress bar.

Subsequent commits have reintroduced the progress bar for the async portions of the code. Seeing around a 50x speed improvement compared to synchronous execution

TOM! WELCOME BACK, I'M GLAD TO SEE YOU AGAIN!!

I got the chance (finally!) to review your commit, and it only took me a couple of seconds to realize it's amazing! It's so good, that I'm getting rid of Twayback A (which subtracts list of Archive.org URLs from active Twitter URLs to save some time).

Thank you so much, I really appreciate your contributions, they have made this project so much better.

Merging, to infinity and beyond!
