Good update to the RFP, @patmatsu ! You made lotsa proofreading improvements. I also think we can create a good RFP template from this to place in /strategy folder and use for a new Strategy Issue type.

I propose doing 2 things with this document:

Save it as RFP in the Deliverables folder where it belongs
Save it as an example-rfp-for-videographers.md next to the RFP template in the /strategy folder, for future reference.

When this is ready I will do these 2 things.

Sorry I haven't been able to work on this further. I have a big deadline for my job and must bend my efforts toward that. I think we can go ahead with your modifications and close this discussion.
