Fix Misskey links #109

Hello, I'm Dignified Silence. Misskey contributor. I found some wrong links about Misskey and fixed these.

  1. Misskey Official Website is https://misskey-hub.net/en/ . https://join.misskey.page is an old one.
  2. Misskey Github repo is moved to https://github.com/misskey-dev/misskey .
