Create a page for ordering Community Goodies #11

As part of the Goodies campaign (see also: https://github.com/humanetech-community/humanetech-community-awareness/issues/65) there should be a page where goodies (such as the I'm Here Now T-shirt are presented and that leads to the ordering website. This page can be advertised from the landing page (to attract proper attention).

@micheleminno this would be your project if you want to continue with the t-shirt ordering idea :)

@aschrijver I continued investigating but there are issues on both technical and logistic aspects. Anyway it's a good thing to create such a page.

If we have such a page, it makes a nice entry from the Landing Page in a separate feature section.
