Importing simple "Palladio-compatible" CSVs will be simple, and can be supported relatively easily.
However, as we know, often people have cluttered CSVs where each row contains information on multiple entities. I don't think we'll want to support this directly. Instead, we should point people to tools such as the RDF extension to OpenRefine and Karma, which have complete UI workflows developed to handle such scenarios.
