Create option in Palette search #157

Use case: When a user searches for a string in the Palette, allow creating an entity directly from that interface.

I tried a couple of options here, but I think the best thing is for the new entities to just appear in the palette after they are created, and not directly on the working canvas. This should allow adding entities fairly quickly (we should implement an option to add directly from the keyboard) without cluttering the work area.
