Test csv for upload #179

We need an example. In fact, any CSV will work. The first column will be used for labels. It assumes there is a header row and ignores it. Effectively this means you can use a text file with a list of labels separated by newlines, and the first value should be a header that is ignored. Such as:

Labels Locke Hume Descartes
