Refactor local schema handling #87

Refactor schema handling so that the local schema is loaded up front in project loading. This will lessen network traffic and simplify queries, when class and property names no longer need to be loaded in every query.

Actually, while the data model now conforms to this, queries are not yet transferred to make use of this.
