Import/Export #96

Should be as a linked-data-native format such as RDF or JSON-LD

Multiple formats. Export the entire local data set. Export the 'active' CONSTRUCT data set.

My plan right now is to start by exposing RDF export and import as buttons at the top middle, near the type selection. I'm working a bit on an improved format and navigation approach for the construct view that is a bit more like Idiographic in terms of a button menu along the top, but happy to go in other directions with that.
